Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, protecting and otherwise processing the personal data of RESERVA users.

1. General provisions
RESERVA respects everyone's right to the protection of personal data and processes such data in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that RESERVA receives from users during registration, use of the platform, booking of services, making payments, contacting support, connecting integrations or other interaction with the service.
By using the RESERVA service, the user confirms that they have reviewed this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms to the extent necessary to provide the service.
2. What data we may collect
- identification and contact data of the user: first name, last name, phone number, email address, business name, city, position, account credentials;
- data about the account and use of the service: profile settings, schedule, services, prices, bookings, booking statuses, comments, internal notes, message templates, connected modules;
- data of the user's clients entered or processed through the service: name, phone number, email, booking history, booking comments and other data the user enters into RESERVA or receives during booking;
- technical data: IP address, device type, browser, language, operating system, time zone, cookies, action logs, session data, technical errors and service logs;
- payment data to the extent received from payment partners in connection with confirmation or rejection of transactions.
3. Sources of data
We receive personal data directly from the user during registration, profile completion, use of the service's functionality, making bookings, connecting payments, contacting support or other interaction with RESERVA.
Certain data may come from third parties if the user independently connects integrations, payment tools, messengers, email services, analytics systems or other technical solutions.
4. Purposes of processing personal data
- creating and maintaining the user's account;
- providing access to RESERVA features and technically supporting the service;
- creating, confirming, changing, cancelling clients' bookings and keeping their history;
- sending service messages, reminders, booking notifications, payment and login security alerts and other operational messages;
- performing the agreement with the user, processing payments and keeping internal records;
- preventing fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access and other security violations;
- improving the service's functionality, usage analytics and technical support.
5. Legal bases for processing
RESERVA processes personal data on the basis of the need to perform the agreement with the user, take actions at the user's request prior to concluding the agreement, comply with legal requirements, a legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the service and, in appropriate cases, the consent of the personal data subject.
The scope and nature of the data processed is limited to what is necessary to achieve the defined processing purposes.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
RESERVA may transfer personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service, in particular to providers of hosting, databases, analytics tools, communication systems, email services, payment services, technical support services and integrations used within the platform.
Such third parties receive only the amount of data necessary to perform their function.
RESERVA does not sell the personal data of users or their clients to third parties.
Transfer of personal data may also take place in cases expressly provided by the laws of Ukraine or by mandatory requirements of competent authorities.
7. Client data entered by a business user
If a professional, salon or other business user enters their clients' data into RESERVA, that user is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting, entering, using and keeping such data current, as well as for having a proper legal basis for its processing.
In such a case, RESERVA provides the technical platform for storing, organizing and using the relevant data within the service's functionality.
8. Data retention period
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless another term follows from legislation, contractual obligations, accounting requirements, security requirements or the need to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the parties.
After use of the service ends, certain data may be stored for a reasonable period to fulfil legal obligations, resolve disputes, confirm transactions, ensure security and restore information from backups.
9. Protection of personal data
- using technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration of data;
- restricting access to data only to authorized persons and services that really need such access;
- keeping action logs and technical security monitoring of the service;
- applying authentication tools, secure data transmission channels and other reasonable protection measures.
10. Cookies and technical identifiers
RESERVA may use cookies, session tokens, browser local storage and other technical identifiers to ensure login, save settings, analytics, session security and stable operation of the service.
The user can change cookie settings in their browser, but disabling certain technical mechanisms may affect the correct operation of the service.
11. Rights of the personal data subject
- to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data and the purpose of its processing;
- to receive information about the conditions of access to their personal data;
- to access their personal data;
- to demand correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data;
- to demand cessation of processing or deletion of personal data in cases provided by law;
- to submit complaints regarding the processing of personal data in the manner established by the laws of Ukraine.
12. Service and marketing messages
RESERVA may send the user service messages that are necessary for account operation, booking confirmation, payment information, security, technical updates and other important operational matters.
Marketing and advertising messages are sent only where there is a proper legal basis and may be disabled by the user in an available way where this is technically and legally applicable.
13. Updates to the Policy
RESERVA may periodically update this Privacy Policy in connection with changes in legislation, the service's functionality, the set of technical providers or data processing practices.
A new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the site, unless otherwise specified.
