Payments and Refunds

This page defines the terms of the trial period, payment for access to the RESERVA service, subscription cancellation, termination of access and the procedure for handling refund requests.

Updated: April 5, 2026

1. General provisions

These terms apply to payment for access to paid features of the RESERVA service, including plans, trial periods, subscription auto-renewal, access cancellation and refunds.

Before payment is arranged, the user is provided with information about the plan, cost, access term, charging procedure and other material terms related to the payment.

2. Trial period

After registration, the user may be granted a trial period of access to the RESERVA service for a term defined in the relevant section of the site or in the service interface.

The trial period is granted once for an initial review of the service's functionality, unless expressly stated otherwise by RESERVA.

After the trial period ends, access to the dashboard, certain features or the public booking page may be restricted until a paid plan is activated.

3. Paid plans

  • the user may choose one of the available paid RESERVA plans;
  • the set of features, access term, cost and possible restrictions are determined by the plan description at the time of payment;
  • payment grants the right to use the service during the paid period within the chosen plan;
  • if a plan provides for automatic renewal, information about this must be shown to the user before the payment is confirmed.

4. Payment procedure

Payment is made in cashless form through the payment methods available on the site or in the RESERVA interface.

The moment of payment is the successful confirmation of the transaction by the bank, payment system or relevant payment service provider.

After successful payment, the user is provided with an electronic payment confirmation or the activation of access is shown in the service interface.

5. Subscription auto-renewal

If automatic renewal is provided for a particular plan, the next charge may be made at the end of the current paid period, provided the user has not cancelled the subscription before the renewal date.

By cancelling auto-renewal, the user retains access to the paid functionality until the end of the already paid term, unless expressly established otherwise by the plan terms.

6. Subscription cancellation

The user may cancel the subscription in their account or by another means available in the service.

Cancelling a subscription means the cessation of further recurring charges but does not cancel the access already provided and paid for the current billing period, unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific plan or by law.

7. Refunds

A refund for access to the RESERVA digital service is considered individually, taking into account the nature of the service, the fact that access was provided, the extent of actual use, the circumstances of payment, the requirements of the laws of Ukraine and the payment provider's rules.

The user may request a refund in case of an erroneous or duplicate charge, a technical error during payment, the absence of actual access after a successful payment, or material unavailability of the service through RESERVA's fault.

Funds are not subject to automatic refund solely on the grounds that the user changed their mind about using the service after access to the digital product was provided, unless otherwise follows from the law or separately stated plan terms.

Each refund request is considered on the basis of factual data about the subscription, payment date, service use, technical logs and payment provider information.

8. Procedure for submitting a refund request

To consider a refund, the user must contact RESERVA support through the contact channels listed on the site and provide sufficient information to identify the payment.

RESERVA may request additional information necessary to verify the fact of payment, the grounds of the request and the circumstances of granting access to the service.

A decision on the request is made after verifying the relevant circumstances and, if there are grounds, the refund is made by the same method or another method permitted by the payment provider's rules and the law.

9. Grace period after access ends

After the trial or paid period ends, RESERVA may, at its discretion, provide a short technical grace period to preserve basic public access to the booking page or the user's data.

Providing such a period is not an obligation of RESERVA, does not mean extension of the subscription without payment and may be terminated at any time in accordance with the current service rules.

10. Separately about payments by a professional's or salon's clients

If a prepayment or payment for the services of a professional, salon or other provider is accepted through RESERVA, the terms of refund to the client may be determined by the rules of the specific service provider, which are shown before the booking or payment is confirmed.

In such a case, RESERVA may provide only a technical interface for arranging the payment and exchanging information, unless expressly stated otherwise in the payment description.
